Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:30am-12:25pm. There were 4 children (12 points) in the direct care and supervision of 2 staff. A sample of 4 children?s records, 2 Caregiver's records and 2 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed singing and engaged in an playtime with the caregivers. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider. Violations
6Evidence:
A hair blow dryer, and small kitchen appliances were plugged in and not being used.
Evidence:
There was an unused and uncovered outlet in the bathroom of the main child care area.
Evidence:
1) The record of Child A was missing the start date
2) The record of Child B was missing the insurance policy number.
Evidence:
The first aid kit was missing adhesive tape and 1 of 2 required triangle bandages.
Evidence:
There was no thermometer in the refrigerator and freezer located in the main child care area.
