Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:45 am to 11:45 am. There were three children (10 points) in care of one caregiver. The children were observed waking up from nap, playing with toys and eating a mid-morning snack. Children are bringing snacks and meals from home. There were no medications on site and the provider's current policy is not to administer any medications. 3 children's records and one caregiver's record was reviewed. Emergency drill records and supplies were also reviewed. Previous violations were corrected. Areas of non compliance are listed in the violation notice.
