Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/7/22 from 10:40 am to 11:45 am. There were 3 children (10 points) present, with 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, special care and emergencies and nutrition. There were no medications on site. The children were observed playing with toys and being bottle fed. 3 children's records, 1 caregiver's record, attendance and emergency drill records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
