Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted for the Aspire afterschool program. 4 rooms were in attendance with direct care staff in ratio for supervision. Observed children transitioning from snack (popcorn chicken, melon, roll and milk) to tutoring and reading. No injury forms have been completed since the previous visit. Two emergency medications were on-site with 3 staff having current Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. All staff have First Aid and CPR training. Bathrooms were equipped with required supplies. No new staff since the previous visit. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
