Inspector Notes
A monitoring visit was conducted. Observed physical space, record sample for children and staff, emergency preparation, trainings and medication. Snack is provided by the center each day. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 4Evidence:
1. Staff #1 (date of hire 7/2023) was missing the Criminal Record Search and Central Registry check listed on the Sworn Disclosure Statement.
2. Staff #2 (date of hire 10/2/2023) was missing the Central Registry Checks from 2 states listed on the Sworn Disclosure Statement.
Evidence:
Staff in Rooms 1 and 3 had a child requiring emergency medications and were not aware of children needing those medications or where the medication was kept during the day. When asked if any children in the rooms had medication they could not identify which child or where the medication was stored.
