Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from approximately 7:30 - 8:30 am. At the time of entrance, 4 children were in direct care of 2 staff members. 5 more children arrived during the course of the inspection for a total of 9 children with 2 staff supervising. Ratios were in compliance. The site was clean and organized. Interactions between the children and staff were positive. A selection of staff and children records, the physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records, required posted documents, and medications were reviewed.
