Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was initiated on September 30, 2021 and concluded on September 30, 2021 to determine compliance with licensing standards. The inspection was conducted on site with the owner. The facility plans to provide care to children 3 months through age 12 years. Classrooms are equipped with a variety of age and stage appropriate supplies and materials. Standards related to supervision and program could not be determined as the facility is not yet fully operational. Two staff records were reviewed. A conditional license will be recommended at this time. An unannounced follow-up inspection will be conducted within 60 days to determine compliance with standards not determined at the initial inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
