Inspector Notes
An unannounced mandated inspection was initiated and completed on 7/11/24 from 10:30am. until noon. There were 8 children and 3 staff present. 3 children?s records and four staff records were reviewed. Children were observed playing outside, washing hands, eating lunch, and during circle/learning time.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
Information gathered determined no violations.
