Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site inspection was initiated and completed on 01/31/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 and ended at 11:40. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children and 3 staff present. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records at the main site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Centers are required to always have a staff member who meets the medication training administration training present when a child is in care and has an emergency medication such as albuterol, epinephrine auto injector) .

Child #1 was present and a staff person with the required training was not present until approximately 10:30.
Plan of Correction: Additional staff are scheduled for the required training.

Centers are required to have information about any health problems that may interfere with fulfilling job responsibilities.
