Inspector Notes
A focused investigation was conducted in response to a self-reported incident regarding supervision of children and ensuring the care and protection of children. The inspection was conducted on January 5, 2023 from 9:30am until 12:00pm. Based on interviews conducted
and documentation reviewed, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding supervision and ensuring the care and protection of children.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
