Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 04/08/2026 from 11:55am to 2:10pm. There were 73 children and 18 staff present. The inspector reviewed 6 child records, 3 staff records, and 2 agent records on-site. The inspection included document review, observations, interviews, and a tour of the facility. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
