A complaint was received in the licensing office on 7/25/2023 regarding the provider exceeding the approved capacity. On 8/7/2023 and 8/9/2023 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
