Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and an in-person tour of the program.
An initial inspection was initiated on and concluded on 12/9/2021. There were no children in care during the inspection. The inspector reviewed and discussed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 caregiver record, and 3 household member records were reviewed.
