Inspector Notes
A non-mandated monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 4/27/2022. There were 3 children (10 points) present, ranging in ages from 6 months to 18 months, with 2 caregivers supervising. The children were observed taking a nap and playing with a toy. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, children's records, physical plant, staffing and supervision. A total of 3 child records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
