Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 1:35pm-2:35pm. There were 8 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 22 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed taking a nap and being held. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, evacuation drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation. Based on observation, linens were not assigned for individual use.

Evidence:
1. There were linens in 5 cribs that were not assigned for individual use at the time of the inspection.
Plan of Correction: We will label the linens/cribs.

Based on observation, bottles were not labeled with the child's full name and the date, if more than one infant is in care.
Evidence:
1. 4 bottles were observed without the name/date on them and there were 2 infants in care at the time of the inspection.
Plan of Correction: The bottles were labeled with name and date during the inspection.
