Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of 9:30 am through 10:30am There were a total of 5 children (17 points) observed with three caregivers. A total of four children's files and four staff/household member's files were reviewed. The Emergency Preparedness Plan was reviewed as well as the Emergency Evacuation Drills. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, snack, hand washing, and other organized activities. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Violations
1Evidence:
1. Caregiver #1, Caregiver #2, and Caregiver #3 did not obtain a minimum of sixteen clock hours of annual training. Caregiver #1 stated that they started an 18 hour training, but did not complete the entire training to date. Caregiver #2 confirmed that a 10 hour training has not been completed to date. Caregiver #3 has documentation of a 3 hour training completed and stated that a quarter of a 10 hour training has been completed.
