Caregiver #2 and Caregiver #4 did not obtain any training hours for 2024.

Standard 8VAC20-800-70-A
Before the child's first day of attendance, parents shall be provided required information in writing. The parent of Child #1 was not provided in writing the following information: whether or not there is liability insurance in force on the family day home operation and policies for the administration of medications. Child #1 has been in care for 6 months.
Plan of Correction: The provider thought that she provided the policies for medication administration and the liability insurance declaration to the parents for their signature before the child began care. The provider will provide the two documents to the parent today and have them to sign as acknowledgement. Moving forward, the provider will ensure that all required documents are reviewed and completed by the parent before the child begins care.
