Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted Thursday, February 9, 2023. The licensing inspector was onsite conducting the inspection from approximately 10:15am to 12:30pm. There were five non-resident children, ranging in ages from 16 months to three years, with one caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five children's records and one caregiver?s record were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

41. The records for Child #4 (first day of attending 01/06/2023) and Child #5 (first day of attending 12/05/2022) did not contain documentation a physical examination.
2. Caregiver #1 confirmed this information during the inspection.
Evidence:
A temperature reading was taken from the handwashing sink located in the bathroom. The temperature reading was measured at 130.7 degrees. Children were observed washing their hands during the inspection.
Evidence:
1. On 02/09/2023, emergency drill log documented the last emergency evacuation drill occurred on 10/11/2022.
2. Caregiver #1 stated the emergency evacuation drills have been completed monthly, but she did not write the information down.
