An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on December 19, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 12. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
