Inspector Notes

A 2 month conditional inspection was conducted on 3/21/2022. The provider had 4 children in care, a total of 9 points. Discussed contacting Alexandria child care office and letting them know the provider is now licensed. Observed the children getting ready for rest time and the providers great transitioning with song and a calming down walk. Lots of interaction observed between the children and provider. The children had Burritos, salad and grapes for lunch with milk as the drink.
