Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring was conducted on 12/14/22. The provider was present with 3 children in care a total of 7 points. The children were observed playing with toys and interacting with the provider during the inspection. The provider has renovated the space used for care and toys are easily accessible to the children in care. She is using the DOE curriculum and are taking training for that curriculum online. Reviewed training documents for this half of the year.

Based on the review of the emergency drill's the provider did not records the monthly drills.
Evidence: The records for emergency drills are missing the information for October and November of 2022. The provider conducted the drills but lots the sheet with the information during renovation.
Plan of Correction: We painted the space I use for childcare and in the time we renovated I lots the paperwork. I will try to find it and I will make sure I record the emergency drills as soon as we have had one.
