Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring was conducted on 12/14/22. The provider was present with 3 children in care a total of 7 points. The children were observed playing with toys and interacting with the provider during the inspection. The provider has renovated the space used for care and toys are easily accessible to the children in care. She is using the DOE curriculum and are taking training for that curriculum online. Reviewed training documents for this half of the year.
Lots of interaction between the provider and the children. A violation notice was given to the provider with the summery page. Please call me at 703-203-8659 or email me at pernille.brandt@doe.virginia.gov if you have any questions regarding this inspection.
Violations
1Evidence: The records for emergency drills are missing the information for October and November of 2022. The provider conducted the drills but lots the sheet with the information during renovation.
