Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/20/23.
The provider was present with 3 children in care, totaling 7 points The children were finishing up lunch, then they got ready for nap time, reading stories, marching to music and having lots of conversations with the provider about the books. Lots of materials for the children to explore and lots of activities with the provider. Lunch was turkey wraps, bananas and blueberries. Water and milk was offered as a drink. A violation notice was given to the provider as the same time as this inspection summary. 3Evidence: The household member turned 14 in Feb of 2022. The provider has not submitted the paperwork for the household member.
