Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 7/11/23. The provider was present with one child in care. A total of 2 points. The child and provider were coloring rocks and doing other activities. The provider has a large space and lots of supplies for the children to explore.

Based on the review of the providers records, the provider failed to take a CPR class rom an accredited organization.
Evidence: The provider took an online CPR class with American CPR care association. The class does not meet the requirements for an in-person component.
Plan of Correction: I will sign up with one of the approved organization and get my CPR done with a trainier.

Based on the review of the providers paperwork, the provider failed to take a first aid class that meets the requirements.
Evidence: The provider took a first aid class with American CPR care association on line, that does not have the in-person requirement.
