Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/31/2024. The provider had 4 children in care, a total of 10 points. The inspection started with a neighborhood walk. The provider and the children have lots of conversations about what they are observing while they walk. After the walk the children were observed building with train tracks. The provider has lots of supplies and space for the children to explore. Reviewed 4 children's records and the providers records during the inspection. A violation notice was given to the provider with the inspection summary. Please call me at 703-203-8650 or email me at pernille.brandt@doe.virginia.gov if you have any questions regarding this inspection.
