Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/10/2024 from 9:45 to 10:50. The provider had 4 children in care and a new assistant. A total of 11 points. Observed the children playing with toys with the caregiver. Lots of interaction between the caregivers and children. Snack today was bananas and graham crackers, A violation notice was given to the provider along with this summary. Reviewed 3 children's records and 2 staff records during this inspection.
