Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was completed today. The LI met with the Site Director, CEO and COO to complete the inspection. The physical plant, 8 staff files, fire and health inspection, staff training, emergency plans and procedures were inspected approximately 10:15 am to 1:00.
