Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/24/25. The on-site inspection began at 11:17am and ended at 12:54pm and was focused on the most recent inspection(s) findings. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above and discussed actions being taken to prevent recurrence. There were 60 children present and 19 direct-care staff. This inspection included tour of the facility and interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
