An unannounced inspection was initiated on 7/24/25 and completed on 8/19/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 6/27/25 relating to allegations of the care of children. The inspection included document review, observations and interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
