Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted at 9:00am, with the assistance of a language translator. The vendor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There was 1 child present = 2 points with the vendor at the time of inspection. The daycare was sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for children. The provider offers a early head start program curriculum. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
