Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection regarding allegations related to programs, special care provision and emergencies and staff qualification and training. The inspection was initiated on May 25, 2022 and completed on June 1, 2022. On May 25, 2022, the inspector was on site from approximately 2:00 pm to 3:44 pm. Interviews with staff were conducted, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. There was not a preponderance of the evidence gathered in regards to programs, special care provision and emergencies and staff qualification and training therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
