Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:45 - 2:00 pm with the provider and her assistant. There were four daycare and two household children present, ranging from nine months to four years of age, for a total of 18 points. Children were observed eating lunch and napping. Lunch served today: pasta and ground beef with zucchini and tomato sauce or corn, rice, and steak for those with special dietary needs, along with pears and milk. Four child records, two caregiver records, the emergency drill log, daily attendance, and menu were reviewed. The provider is not currently certified in Medication Administration Training (MAT) and cannot administer medication to children in care.
