Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an announced initial inspection on 10/1/21 and 10/7/21 from 9:10 am - 12:30 pm. Areas to be used by the children in care inside and outside the center were inspected. All areas of the standards were reviewed but compliance for some standards could not be determined because the center is not fully operational and there are no children in care. One child's record was reviewed. Six staff files were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
