Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 8/8/2024 and completed on 8/15/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office relating to allegations of administration, staff training and qualifications and care of children. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 2 staff records on site and 2 staff records electronically on 8/15/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supports two of the allegations, therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support two of the allegation(s); therefore, those complaints are determined to be not valid.

Based on record review and interview, a classroom did not have a qualified program leader regularly present.
Evidence:
Classroom #1 did not have qualified lead teacher; staff #2 verified this.
Plan of Correction: Staff will be reassigned and paperwork completed so that qualified program leaders are assigned to each classroom.
