Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 05/08/25 and completed on 05/15/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 05/06/2025 relating to allegations of supervision of a child. The inspector reviewed (4) children?s records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
