An unannounced inspection was conducted on February 7, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received on 1/21//23 in reference to unlicensed activity, outside time, transportation, staffing and supervision. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of evidence gathered does not support violation of standards.
