Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.

An unannounced non-mandated focused monitoring inspection was conducted today as a requirement during the conditional license period. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 37 children present with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the area of the physical plant. The violation found at the initial inspection was reviewed and the center's corrective action was verified. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
