Inspector Notes

An unannounced self reported inspection was conducted on 5/24/2023 from 11:50am to 1:55pm in response to a self report that was received by the Virginia Department of Education, Office of Child Care Health of Safety. Interviews were conducted with staff and owners relating to allegations of Care of Children, Supervision, Neglect. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, and the self reported incident is determined to be not valid.
