Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated with local agencies on 7/20/23 in response to a self-report received in the licensing office regarding an allegation of a forbidden action- rough handling of children. Interviews were conducted; a classroom was observed; three staff records, one child record, and accident/incident reports were reviewed. The inspection was closed on 9/11/23. The allegation regarding rough handling of children was unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence and no violations were cited.
