Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on August 12, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on August 8, 2025 relating to allegations of forbidden actions, handwashing, and food and nutrition services. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
