Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/20/2023 between the hours of 11:40am to 3:45pm. There were 23 children directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed participating in a large group activity and eating lunch. Handwashing and naptime were also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

1.Children were served a rotini pasta with minced beef stew for lunch. The lunch served did not include tomatoes and steamed carrots as indicated on the posted menu. The meal did not contain a vegetable, fruit and milk, as required.
