All staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of
employment current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Staff #1, who is working with children, has not yet completed this certification which is overdue by 5 months.
Staff #2, who is working with children, has not yet completed this certification which is overdue by 1 month.
Staff #4, who is working with children, has not yet completed this certification which is overdue by 2 months.
Plan of Correction: All staff will get certification within 90 days of hire.
