Inspector Notes

This initial subsidy inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact and remote virtual application.

A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and completed on 9/30/2021. There were no children in attendance at the time of the inspection. A code compliance inspection was conducted at the time of this inspection, as well as a review of requirements for child and vendor information ( files), policies and procedures, emergency preparedness planning and drills and child care areas.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code or requirements.
