The center is to establish and implement a procedure to complete a daily simple health screening and exclusion of sick children by a person trained to perform such screening. The center does not have a procedure to complete daily simple health screenings daily and no staff of the licensed program is trained to perform the screening.
Plan of Correction: A staff for each group will be trained to conduct a daily simple health screening daily upon children's arrival.
