An initial inspection was conducted today at the providers home, records for the household were reviewed as well as the emergency procedures and the health and safety of the home. 4 household members records were reviewed. The provider does not have any children in care at this time. A violation notice was given to the provider with any violations cited during the inspection. Evidence: The bathroom that will be used for the children in the care has cleaners accessible in the cabinet under the sink.
