Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 3/21/2022. The provider did not have any children present during the inspection, but a 23 month old arrived at the end of the inspection. The provider has space set up for care and lots of toys to play with. She has a space outside for play. Currently 4 children are enrolled at her family day home.
A violation notice was presented to the provider for a paperwork violation. Discussed contacting zoning for a possible increase to her capacity. After she is approved she can ask for a modification of her license.
