Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/20/22. The provider had 4 children in care. two children were napping and one child was eating lunch at the start of the inspection. The older children had rice, chicken and fruit for lunch with milk to drink.
A total of 12 points. The provider had a friend visiting at the time of the inspection. Three of the children, from two different families, were dropped of for the first time on 9/20. Lots of toys and space for the 4 children in care. A 5th child attends after school.

Violations
5Evidence: Child 1 has been in care for more than 30 days and does not have a physical on file.
Evidence: During the inspection, the smoke detector was chirping indicating that it needs a new battery.
Evidence: A disinfectant spray and some disinfection wipes were accessible on the counter in the bathroom.
Evidence: Three children started on the date of the inspection and the provider gave enrollment paperwork to the parents at the time of drop off. The provider only has the phone numbers of the mothers of the children. No other information.
Evidence: Bottles are not labeled with dates and names.
