Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:15 to 11:05. The provider was present with 3 children in care.
The children were playing with toys and interacting with the provider.
Discussed curriculum and plans for training.
Reviewed provider and 4 children's paperwork.
Lots of toys to play with and space inside and out to explore. A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection summary.

3Evidence: The provider failed to post the most recent licensing paperwork.
Evidence: Based on the review of 4 children's files, the provider failed to get physicals for the children in care.
Evidence: During the inspection the following cleaners were observed accessible to the children, laundry detergent at the bottom of the stairs in the basement.. Cleaning wipes on the back of the toilet and cleaning spray on the bathroom sink.
