Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 07/06/2022 from approximately 12:20pm-1:40pm. There were 3 children present, ranging in ages from 1 year old to 4 years old, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 1 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
5Evidence:
Small electrical appliances located in the kitchen were plugged in and not being used.
Evidence:
1) The record of Child B was missing a second emergency contact person, an address for the first emergency contact person, and an annual update.
2) The record of Child C was missing a second emergency contact person, an address for the first emergency contact person, and an annual update.
Evidence:
The first aid kit was missing tweezers.
Evidence:
Based on record review Child A did not have an immunization record on file.
