Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 07/06/2022 from approximately 12:20pm-1:40pm. There were 3 children present, ranging in ages from 1 year old to 4 years old, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 1 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, Small electrical appliances such as, but not limited to, curling irons, toasters, blenders, can openers, and irons were not unplugged unless being used by the caregiver or with children under close supervision.
