Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:00pm-2:10pm. There were 4 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 4
children?s records, and 1 caregiver's record were reviewed. The children were observed napping and engaged with the provider. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection.
