An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was completed from 9:50 a.m. until 10:35 a.m.
This inspection was conducted as a follow-up from a self-reported incident from 02/23/2022 which resulted in an intensive plan of correction.

There were 10 children in care with 5 caregivers. Children were observed playing outside.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
